Founders Meetup By Inc42 Is Back To Shine A Light On Early-Stage Entrepreneurs And Founders

And the Founders Meetup is returning to bring over 40 early-stage startup founders together on September 26. The main event of the evening will be an engaging session by Brijesh Agarwal, cofounder and director of IndiaMART, which began as a startup and eventually had an IPO last month.

The Founders Meetup brings an opportunity for early-stage founders to network with other entrepreneurs, and learn from the experiences of Agarwal through an interactive Q&A session, where the floor is open for all questions. Having taken IndiaMART to great success from a small beginning, Agarwal will answer questions from early-stage founders about the basics and the larger issues around building startups.

In fact, the eighth edition last month — sponsored by NetApp and AWS, with CoWrks and Qdesk as community partners — was one of the most insightful interactions. Chaayos founder and CEO Nitin Saluja was the speaker, interacting with a group of 40 early-stage founders in the middle of a busy work week. Not only was it a learning experience for the attendees, but it was also a chance to wind down with drinks and food.

Saluja said that a big part of the journey is doing whatever it takes — even if it meant opening at 8 AM, and closing as late as 11 PM. He also delved into how Chaayos brought investors on board by letting the business numbers speak, instead of his own pitch to investors.

And in the ninth edition of the meetup, attendees can expect similar insights and observations from IndiaMart director Agarwal. The venue will be the Inc42 HQ in New Delhi and the main event is scheduled to begin at 7:30 pm sharp!

The introductory price for the Founders Meetup on September 26 is INR 999 (inclusive of taxes) till September 12, while the entry fee will increase to INR 1,299 after this introductory offer period.
